Excellent Service at Paul Smith Motors!Paul Smith Motors is a reliable local garage. After three other garages couldn't diagnose my car's issue and the main dealer had a two-month wait, Darryl stepped in to get my car fixed. Even though he was on his personal holiday, he coordinated with his colleagues to prioritize my car, knowing I needed it for long-distance driving for work. The cost breakdown was very clear, and Darryl's communication and expertise saved my car. Highly recommend!

An amazing garage, I bought my 2013 seat ibiza from Daryl and it couldn't have been a smoother process, he made sure the car was immaculate before it was delivered, he was very clear with his communication when describing the car to me, its an amazing little car especially for my first car, would highly recommend this garage to friends and family and other buyers looking for a used car.😃

I can’t recommend Paul Smith Motors enough. They fixed my car so fast and charged me a very reasonable price for a very good service. And I found they even did some free extra work that I didn’t ask for when I drove my car back. Trust them please, I hope more people will try their service.

Daryl went above and beyond each time I brought my car to PS Motors. They are the most pleasant garage I’ve ever dealt with. Genuinely the nicest bunch. Excellent if you have just been given a whopper quote from a main dealer...much more practical on the problem solving and don't charge 180 for a useless scan like the main dealer next door to them

I was there few times to fix my car, they didn't made me wait a week or longer to fix the problems. It was pleasant to talk to everyone who is working in there. They even let me see for myself what are they doing. I feel like they are honest mechanics who won't charge you for something that wasn't done. They are very good at finding and repairing the problems. So I can only give them 5 stars because they are extremely friendly, fast, honest and even the price was really good.

Absolutely fantastic garage to deal with! Really knowledgeable and great on price.I had problems with my car for a while and no garages were able to fix it until I brought it to Paul Smith Motors. They were able to identify a number of problems that had been plaguing the car for ages! For a very reasonable price they were able to fix everything and the car has never driven so well. They are a really friendly bunch to deal with and communicate in price along the way so there are no surprises.I will definitely use this garage going forward.

I recently bought my first car from Paul Smith Motors & I am in love.Daryl & Alan are amazing - the service they provide is second to none! I was looking for a black beetle & they sourced the most perfect black beetle for me - even found the convertible I had dreamed of!They were super quick at responding to any queries I had & from beginning to end I was super satisfied with their services.I will continue to be a Paul Smith customer forever!I also booked my car in for a valet & it was the best valet I had ever gotten! Bought a beautiful Passat from Paul Smith Motors and I could not recommend them high enough. Daryl made the process so simple it couldn't have been easier. His communication was unbelievable and knowledge, sure I hadn't a clue!Accommodating, truthful and honest, the car runs like a dream and given it's a 2014 it has a few knocks and dents but they were completely up front about them. Amazing prices on their range of cars they have in site. Will buy from them again when upgrading. Just brilliant.
